By using Product Sense Lab ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

Product Sense Lab is a platform for product managers to practise product thinking through AI-generated problems and feedback. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial practice purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service at scale
• Use the Service in ways that could harm other users or the platform

2. Accounts

You can create an account using Google OAuth or email magic link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Content

The problems, critiques, and feedback generated by the Service are AI-assisted and intended for educational purposes. They do not constitute professional advice. Your practice responses are stored to personalise your experience and track your progress.

4. AI-Generated Content

Product Sense Lab uses Claude (by Anthropic) to generate problems and evaluate responses. AI outputs can occasionally be imperfect, incomplete, or inconsistent. Use your judgement when interpreting feedback.

5. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Pricing

The Service is currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans in the future. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Product Sense Lab is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Product Sense Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
